Alan Briones Delgado

Company: La Salle – Ramon Llull Universtiy

Position: ATHIKA project coordinator – Head of Future Network Architectures research line, at GRITS

Talk: ATHIKA course & IoT itinerary

Bio: Telecom engineer and MSc in Project Management, with more than 10 years’ leading R&D projects. His research focuses on Computer Networks: Protocols and Architectures. Also, he has been the Project Manager of La Salle-URL participation in several National and European R&D projects such as FP7-FIPPP FINESCE, E+ SPRINT 4.0, E+ REWIRE.

Benjamin Bouilliez

Company: Technosens

Position: Chief Operating Officer

Talk: Ageing : Digital Helpers to complete Human and Chemical helpers

Bio: Telecom engineer and MBA. After several years working on IT products for Google, Hewlett-Packard and Symantec, Benjamin took the entrepreneurial path founding several IT ventures. More recently, after 2 years driving the online strategy for the social security in New Caledonia, he joined Technosens to structure the growth of the french leading provider of technology for better aging.

Jesús Berdún Peñato

Company: Fundació TIC Salut i Social (Catalan Ministry of Health)

Position: eHealth expert and project manager

Talk: Present and Future of IoT in healthcare: current trends in the Catalan healthcare sector

Bio: Telecom engineer and MSc in Technologies for Int. Cooperation, with more than 10 years’ experience in digital transformation of health and social care. He has worked in the definition of a digital strategy for health in Catalonia, as well as participated in European-funded projects, also has experience in International Cooperation projects in Africa and Centre America.

Bio: Telecommunications engineer and MBA by training, with more than 20 years of experience in information technology in the health área. Former Computing Deputy Director at Hospital Universitari Vall d‘Hebron. She collaborates in the field of Project Management in the Master in Information Systems Management at La Salle.

Mar Gimeno Lumbiarres

Bio: Mar Gimeno Lumbiarres is a communicator and creative, born in Barcelona (1994). Her trajectory and concerns guide her to gradually explore impact communication through the use of new narratives, technology and the physical space. She is currently a freelancer and collaborates with Garage Stories (XR Content Lab).
