ATHIKA project presented at SICSA DemoFest in Edinburgh

On 4th of November 2019, Dr Stamos Katsigiannis of the School of Computing, Engineering and Physical Sciences of the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) attended SICSA DemoFest 2019 in Edinburgh, UK, to present on the ATHIKA Erasmus+ European project which got underway on 2019.

Project assisted to the Knowledge Alliance Cluster & University & Business Forum “U&B Forum 2019“

The ATHIKA project was presented on 23rd of October, 2019 in the Knowledge Alliance Cluster, to the other project representatives and some magnificent ideas were shared about the Knowledge Alliance project and interesting collaborations arisen.

ATHIKA 1st Symposium: eHealth Challenges - Identification and Analysis

The 1st ATHIKA Symposium on eHealth Challenges Identification and Analysis took place on the 27th of June in Barcelona. This event was open to all targeted audiences and led to the identification of e-health innovation challenges, drivers, and barriers as well as to the growth of health innovation synergies with other knowledge fields such as Smart Cities.

Project presented during International conference "Health for All 2019“

On 8th of April, 2019 Kaunas Science and Technology Park team presented project ATHIKA during International conference „Health for All 2019“. International conference „Health for All 2019“ is a 1st annual science and innovation conference organised by Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in cooperation with Health community of European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT Health).

The ATHIKA kick-off meeting in Barcelona

The European ATHIKA (Advanced Training in Health Innovation Knowledge Alliance) project was born with the purpose of bringing a humanistic approach to the engineering education while addressing the most important new research in the world of AI and IoT linked to Healthcare.
