Dr. Engineer, Master in Urbanism by Harvard University, GSD School of Architecture. Member of the Planning Board of Barcelona. General Director of MCRIT. He has developed policy assessment, project appraisal, research and strategic foresight in the fields of mobility, transport and urban planning. He is working on the projects with focus on the quality of governance driving social progress and economic performance. As well as on the projects, promoting inclusive and healthier societies through active citizenship. He has coordinated projects in many European countries, as well in North of Africa, China, India, Latin America and the Caribbean, for institutions such as United Nations Habitat, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, European Commission, European Investment Bank, and for state and regional governments, city councils, large infrastructure companies – mostly infrastructure concessionaires, transport operators and other public service providers, and for engineering companies.
